This is a set of 5 classes (45-60 minute each) that build upon each other to open your intuitive eyes to see the world more clearly around you.

These classes have been taught by me for over 30 years now and it is a great foundation or a nice refresher course.

Learn about guided meditation and how it can be done quick and easy. Learn about colors and how they can be used and the messages they carry to you every day. Learn about energy and how we use it and abuse it and how to prevent that and have clearer energy. Learn about chakras and QiGong energy and how you can benefit from better health. Learn about your waking and sleeping dreams and the message in them. Learn about your angels, guides, and ancestors and how you can communicate with them and how they communicate with you. Learn about how all of these things can be used to get better control over your life and get your messages.

Each class starts off with the subject of the week and how to notice the messages pertaining to it. We then do a guided meditation centering around that week's lesson, chat about the messages you might have gotten from the meditation and then prepare briefly for the next class.

I prefer we set up a time each week and stick to that day and time scheduled. I understand life happens and I will reschedule with you. Usually, we can just do the following week and add one week at the end.
